Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for all orders in serviceable PIN codes.
Being a Styleyn member means that you're eligible for free delivery and returns. It also ensures you a spot in our thrifting and recycling program. Another option it provides you with is custom sizing. Being a Pro Member is also entirely free, it subscribes you to our latest newsletters, blog posts, and discount offers.
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. Members may also look into custom sizing options.
Custom sizing with Styleyn allows you to request a change for either the length or waist measurement of your piece. No other requests can be made, as our pattern makers and tailors work hard to create perfect garments for all. You can measure your waist or length and fill in the request while you're making your order. If the change can be made, we will be sure to change the fit. Custom size requests can only be made once, and items with altered sizes cannot be returned or refunded.
All of our products are ethically made, with environment-friendly processes. The little leaf icon on our product pages indicate that we ensure the sustainability of that product. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process. Once you have initiated a return, we will facilitate the pickup of the item. In case the pickup cannot be arranged, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by us.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to process returns for items received more than 7 days after the delivery date.
Once you've submitted a return request on our app or website, our pickup partners will arrange to pick up your order within 2 working days after the request is approved. Once we receive confirmation of a successful return pickup or delivery, we will initiate the refunds within 3 working days. Please note that the refund cannot be initiated until the return pickup or delivery is complete and we receive confirmation. It takes 6 working days to initiate the refund to a gift card.
For prepaid orders, refunds are initiated directly to the original payment source.
For cash on delivery (COD) orders, please provide your UPI ID, bank account, or other payment details when submitting your return request on the Returns page. Ensure that you enter the correct details to choose the mode of accepting payment as any bank account details provided will be considered final and cannot be changed once the link is redeemed.
For gift card orders, refunds will be credited back to the gift card. Please note that gift card refunds cannot be sent to any other payment source.
For any combination of the above scenarios, all refunds will be processed in the same proportion in which the payments were received, including partial refunds.
If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with our payment partner for the same. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will be glad to help you. When initiating a return, customers who paid cash on delivery must provide their bank details at the time of submitting the return/exchange form for refunds.
If you selected cash on delivery as your payment method, please either provide us your UPI id or bank account details when submitting your return request on the Returns page or mails us at support@styleyn.com and you will receive a call/mail explaining the process with the link.
We will begin processing your refund on the provided account details as soon as we have approved your return request and you have received an email confirming the same. Please take note that sometimes it takes longer than usual for the product to return to our warehouse, which could result in a delay in the refund procedure. Delivery is free! Once your item is stitched, it is sent by our delivery service to your place, and we guarantee that your package reaches you within seven days of your order. Once it passes our quality check, it is carefully packaged in biodegradable materials and sent to you. Who knows, maybe you'll receive a coupon or a free item as a 'thank you' for shopping with us!
We assure you that all our products sold are brand new and 100% genuine. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have bought from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, customers may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as he/she purchased it, in its original packaging along with original tags. It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices provided. Requests for returns/exchanges are accepted provided we are intimated about the request within 7 days of delivery of the products. The product cannot be returned in conditions that indicate that this product has been used, washed, ironed, or tampered with in any way. The pickup details will be provided to you when the reason for return is confirmed with us.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Cancellation and Modifications
To cancel, Please head over to our WhatsApp support before it gets dispatched, also feel free to reach us at support@styleyn.com.
We won't be able to take the cancellation request once the order is dispatched. If you still don't want to receive the order, you can refuse the package at the time of delivery.
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
- Once the order has been canceled, it usually takes us up to 3 working days to initiate the refund process; please note it takes 7 working days to initiate the refund to a gift card.
- For Prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated directly to the source account.
- For Gift card orders: Refund will be sent back to the gift card. Please note that gift card refunds cannot be sent back to any other payment source.
- For any combination of the above: all refunds will be done in the same proportion in which the payments were received including the partial refunds.
